Twitter taking legal action to stop a conspiracy among companies to, er, not advertise on Twitter. Even by the standards of this ridiculous app, that's a risible claim. And wasn't it Elon Musk who told unwilling advertisers that he didn't care if they didn't advertise?

The reason I've gone quiet is that my mother has recently died. So, now, has Sven, a man I knew, liked and admired. And this, by Steve Rosenberg, is just lovely. So I raise a glass to everyone who's feeling a bit gloomy...
