It's myth-bust Monday. Myth: I need to clean veg & fruits in baking soda, produce wash or vinegar. Truth: Wash with cool running water to remove dirt, pesticide residues and any bacteria present. If cooking veg, a quick blanch in boiling water works too. bit.ly/2ETOO6B
