Nigeria would progress when those passionate about its destiny don't consigned themselves in sea of silence for 2 long. Positivity useful when backed with objectivity, sincerity, capacity & purpose. So I say this 'democracy' unbroken since 1999 will yield a big dividend someday!

It was an engaging discussion with Sen. Omisore, the immediate past APC National Secretary on this week's edition of . We both agreed that in the last one year, the President has been engaging & my guest's firm view is that Nigeria is on a positive growth trajectory

Today on , we reviewed some feedback messages from viewers & we had a good number, including one that referenced my service in the Buhari/Osinbajo administration. It was an opportunity to clarify my recent return to journalism, a profession I started 35 years ago.

What's happening in Kano might likely mean a new Emir with every new Governor from opposing parties. So the Kwankwanso people are about restoring what Ganduje administration upturned! It makes sense again to say this: it's an error to leave politics to politicians only. Walahi!

On today noted that ex Govs like Wike who wants to be as influential in their states after serving -the way Bola Ahmed Tinubu did in Lagos-have to be tidier: afterall, there were issues of divergence BTW Tinubu & Fashola, & then Ambode. But they managed it differently

Not all opponents are mischievous. Some ignorant, some could be right, in which case you should concede. But the worst kind of mischievous opponents are the ones driven by envy. Envy is so blinding, darkened & wouldn't see reason. There is only one thing that cures it: redemption

Progress in life is due mainly to God's hand upon human efforts. That is called blessing. Yet, we tend to focus more on help of other men & trusting them. But you'll always find out sooner than later that men will behave like men & God would get His glory singularly

Thanks, Tolu, for reminding us all that the newest military aircraft delivery-King Air 360i- is one of the many ordered by the previous administration. This is one great story of CONTINUITY that we can all be grateful for. And there you have it!

I think as Nigerians, we have allowed ourselves to be taken for granted for quite a well. In Abuja, our Federal Capital, Chinese people have 'apartheid store' for themselves, where only Yen is accepted & then there is a school called American where tuition is charged in dollars!

In his own words, Segun Olatunji, formerly of Punch & now Editor of First News, narrates his ordeal in the hands of his military abductors. Thanks to IPI, NGE, BON, NUJ, NPO, Information Minister Idris, the NSA, Nuhu Ribadu & all who worked for his eventual release last month.

today had Mr. Olatunjispeake about his military detention. If there are issues about a story, due process should be followed for remedy. Chaining a journalist, blindfolding him & dumping him in a dungeon for two weeks reflects poorly on all of us as a people.

today shines the light on the arrest & detention of a journalist by the military, in what media groups have called a militarization of the media space. We hope this kind of conduct ceases. 2nd segment has AG II, APC ex-presidential aspirant, a brilliant mind.

In this life, it is up to you to make yourself happy. Do what excites you, just don't break the laws of God, the laws of humanity & the laws of the land. Do that, and discover to your delight, that expectation to derive happiness elsewhere is over-rated & misleading

The new charges now being preferred against Ganduje is another opportunity to clear his name before Nigerians & the world. Nigerians care less whether he remains APC chairman or not, but no one in power should try to tilt the scales of justice in d matter either for fear or favor
