There's something about how US cops STILL mobilize the trope of 'outside agitators' to justify the repression of peaceful, non-violent protest.,

It's like the ghost of Bull fucking Connor and every other Jim Crow cop you can think of speak right through them.

Even more intense than Columbia by all accounts. This is citywide repression.

This echoes, more than anything else in recent memory, how Hindu nationalist goons were allowed to rampage across Jawaharlal Nehru University in early 2020, attacking activists challenging anti-Muslim citizenship laws in India.

It is certainly equally as shameful.
