Our motion to RMT AGM in 2021 committed our union to “non-complicity” in setting minimum service levels. Unions exist to organise action, not undermine it. We won’t allow unjust laws to turn us into facilitators of scabbing.

Britain already has “the most restrictive union laws in the western world.” Our unions must call action to resist the implementation of new legal shackles on the right to strike, and mobilise to demand the repeal of existing ones.
