Pretty good general call from Cllr Minesh Parekh 🌹🐝 for trust in councils etc, but what's needed in immediate term is for councils like is to launch SCAs on new govt demanding temp relaxation of sec 114 duties imposed on Chief Finance Officers, so councils can take up challenges responsibly.
