I love this clip. Accountability is what he is demanding from his team mates. For many, accountability is a dirty word, one that we like in our lives when it is easy or convenient. What if accountability was part of our day to day lives? What a better place we would all be!

Could not agree more. Competitive drive gets fed by putting oneself in frequent competitive environments. Not just ten Friday night contests each year.

Its about the process. Will it always lead to a win on the field, court or track? No. But where would you rather be?
