Summer really gets started when youth camp fires up, and the little hoopers got after it this week! Between the Gatorade, ice cream sandwiches, and popsicles we still managed to work on skills and play some games!

Great 2 days watching these girls compete at our home JV & Varsity camps! Fun to see the stuff they did for early June & I look forward to seeing their improvement through the summer! Grateful for their help running a good camp along with the refs and other teams that attended!

We like to put a shooting goal out there for the girls to aim for in the off season. Quality reps lead to improvement and it's fun to see their % change through the summer. We're 3 weeks in, and we've got some girls off to a great start! Here's our top 5: #PPTPW

The FROSH is the first one to complete our summer shooting challenge! Olive Peterson has put in some solid time on the Dr. Dish this summer and completes 1,000 FT, 2,000 mid range, & 3,000 3s before June is over! Great job Olive!

Our 3rd player to complete our summer shooting challenge is kelsey brehm! This girl is a gym rat. Last one out of the gym most nights last season, looking for ways to get better, and her game has improved because of it! Glad that we’ve got three more years with her!

A bit delayed in posting this, but our 4th girl to reach our summer shooting goal is Ella Clark! She’s taken the lead for total shots on the summer, and it’s great to see the percentages reflect that! Great job Ella!

The first batch of Let Ed Cook shirts are in! And yes, by first batch it’s just these two. We’re checking into the legalities of a high school NIL deal with Casey’s or Subway to see if we can manage the demand of a bulk order for this winter!

This morning we wrapped up our summer strength and conditioning. Congrats to these girls on being some of our top performers and biggest improvers in the past year! With all that goes on in the summer, the job all the girls do in getting to weights is greatly appreciated!
