Dram 2 seems much gentler. Lovely damp, funky nose #pswhisky

Was not expecting it to taste like that at all. A mixture of toffee, warm spice and smoke. A lovely long finish. Excellent stuff #pswhisky

Dram 2 has a lot going on. Once again the taste belies the nose. Prefer it to dram 1 #pswhisky

Dram 3 has a v foosty, dunnage nose. Almost vegetal #pswhisky

Dram 3 tastes very sweet. Like a young fruity Lagavulin Not much of a finish after the initial spicy, peaty blast, it fades away pretty quickly #pswhisky

I like dram 3. As mentioned before, much more balanced but I feel it’s just lacking something. It has a lovely palate but goes all too quickly #pswhisky

Echoing what has already been posted, on the nose it seems much less smoky and you get much more of the sherry cask influence. Looking forward to trying it. Who doesn’t like a bit of sweet smoke #pswhisky

Once again the nose doesn’t completely match the taste. Was expecting it to be much sweeter. Instead it has a lovely dirty, earthy taste. Like drinking fruity olbas oil #pswhisky

Agree with most folk, dram 4 is the best so far. I feel like I’ve been chewing on some sherried tobacco #pswhisky

This smells lovely. Much gentler than the previous drams. Barely a whiff of smoke #PSWhisky

This is the gentlest of the night so far. First time that the peat is an afterthought. Lovely sweet and extremely drinkable #PSWhisky

Dram 6 is a curious one. On the nose, seems very balanced not a huge amount of peat coming through, but more evident than the 2 sherry finishes On the palate, it has a lovely, almost traditional bourbon taste #pswhisky

It’s quite nutty, floral and has hints of marzipan #pswhisky

The first dram I’ve had tonight that tasted exactly as it smells and as I expected it to. Lovely stuff,#pswhisky

I like the nose on a Bordeaux cask generally, and this doesn’t disappoint. Wafts of honey, apricots and a bit of spice. #pswhisky

A lovely tasting dram. Blueberries, pastries and honey. A teeny bit of smoke to round things off. #pswhisky

N7 is my fave of the night with one to go. Lots of fruit, the peat isn’t overwhelming #pswhisky

Dram 8 has gentle floral notes, seems like a nice balance between sweet and peat #pswhisky
