🌟 September is Newborn Screening Awareness Month! 🌟 Early detection is crucial for preventing long-term damage from hypoglycemia. Unfortunately, congenital hyperinsulinism (HI) isn’t included in the 60+ conditions tested in newborn screenings.

We are so excited to welcome our new Research Manager, Kristen Rohli! 🎉 Kristen is from Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She has a background in biochemistry and psychology from Louisiana State University and earned her PhD in genetics from the University of Iowa. 🧬
