In a thought-provoking panel discussion, representatives from the business community, IT sector, civil society, and academia delved into the mechanisms through which societal structures can be mobilized to increase resilience.

Naira Sultayan, Director of the Democracy Development Foundation talked baout how Armenian civil society got very quickly organized during the 2020 war: "We saw how much time and effort they spent to deliver aid and find resources for their specific beneficiaries.”
