Hi guys, new Modern Hebrew idiom question: I was reading the news and the analyst said “עין תחת שן תחת שם” An eye for a tooth for a name? I think he is talking about escalation of hostilities, i.e. disproportionate responses, but is he being creative or is this a saying? Thanks!
