Hon'ble Office of the Lt. Governor, Ladakh Brig (Dr) BD Mishra attended the ULLAS Mela under Nav Bharat Saksharta Karyakram, Ladakh, declared Ladakh as fully functional literate Union Territory on June 24th. at SSK Leh. Over 500 ne0-literates attended the ceremony in person, while many others joined virtually from Leh/Kargil
