Most tech journalism is Western-led, but many more people live outside “the West“. Context News Tomiwa Aladekomo Anup Kaphle 🐐 Yasir Khan Srishti Jaswal say tech journalism should go beyond a beat and focus on how people’s lives are impacted. Local perspectives are often missing.

There is a sense that podcasts have reached their peak. But Mukul Devichand The New York Times says that human attention to podcasts continues to grow and audio apps can be successful. Audio enables a special kind of connection and intimacy to the listeners. Quality and curation are key.
