New paper alert! Brilliantly led by Patrice Pottier, we discuss how to improve the visibility of papers through the title, abstract, and keywords 👀. This was a fun collaborative project between the Shinichi Nakagawa | 中川震一 lab members at UNSW Science

Excited to share our new paper out in Nature Communications! We used experimental evolution to understand how gene body methylation might evolve and participate in adaptive evolution. Great team effort with Peter Sarkies, Jennifer Westoby & Rebecca Kilner! a 🧵: rdcu.be/dPY94

My favourite quote "The legs may be moving or the eyes might be closed, and you know what: the brain can be modelling biological processes!". Congrats Hanna Kokko!
Very grateful to have joined the Ecosystem Science UNSW Biological, Earth and Environmental Sciences on their pelagic excursion to survey the sea birds out at the continental shelf. We observed 12 species and over 200 indivs! I may sit in the lab or at my comp most of the day, but I love the field 😍. Thanks Simon Gorta!
