In the spirit of understanding UK PPE guidelines there have been repeated attempts to engage with policymakers. Their replies have not been helpful. We call upon UK CMOs to issue the rationale for the current denial of FFP3 for COVID19-facing healthcare workers. #FreshAirNHS
