Never thought I'd utter these words soon: the goal is to slowly migrate to a self generating power solution, with ECG as backup. Won't be easy, won't be cheap, but it is feeling like a necessity.

Following Antoine Semenyo's very concerning injury on Sunday, he's been spotted in crutches today.

Initial reports say he could be out for several months, but Bournemouth hope it's not as severe. Wishing him a speedy recovery.

It's really happening, Azumah Nelson is getting back into the ring — here he is training with European Union in Ghana Amb. Amb. Irchad Ramiandrasoa Razaaly ahead of their fight on May 4! 💥🥊

Gate fee: GHC 5.00 (all proceeds in support of amateur youth boxers in Ghana)

Woke up to a horde of engagement from Algerians (happy) and Moroccans (see below exhibit) re: the politics threatening to derail recent gains CAF has made.

Checked my bank account but no Algerians have paid anything. 🙃

CAF CC semi between USMA and Berkane called off because the Algerian side refused to play of Berkane wore their controversial kit with a map of Morocco (which includes the disputed region of Western Sahara.)

Berkane will likely progress to the final.

Make no mistake, this is…

HT: Dreams with a big task after Zamalek go 0-2 into the break.

Dreams have not been bad, simply defended that setpiece badly, and guilty of slow reactions elsewhere. As usual, at this level, marginal errors are costly.

FT: Dreams 🇬🇭 0-3 🇪🇬 Zamalek (agg: 0-3)

A great chance spurned by the Ghanaians. Wondering if they'll get another, and how soon.

Zamalek saunter into the Confederation Cup final to face RS Berkane/USM Alger.

Whatever happens, Dreams need to keep this team (or its core) to get into Africa again.

They may not do so via the GPL (currently 15th) but they're in latter stages of FA Cup, which is winnable.

Very important for their continuity.

HT : Dreams 0-2 Zamalek..All praise due to God for the lead..We're ahead and dangerous every time we get into Dreams part of the field..Only God knows how the latter haven't scored (Alhamdulilah they didn't)..Worrying space between our CBs they're exploiting well.

The sad thing about that half time score is that Dreams have actually been very good, and created enough to have at least leveled the score.

Big second half remaining. If they can turn this around, it would go down as the biggest comeback in Ghana football history 💯

I'm sorry, but which team is playing at home here — the guys in green or the chaps in white? Because the guys in white feel like the home side.

Zamalek, who have been very comfortable from the off, make it 0-2 via Samson Akinyola. Well taken, and Dreams have to score three.
