In our Plant Natural Product Biosynthesis & Biotechnology collection Fernando Geu-Flores & co Department of Plant & Environmental Sciences review the biosynthesis of quinolizidine alkaloids in lupins to elucidate the full pathway Read the #OpenAccess article in full below👇 pubs.rsc.org/en/content/art…
Level up: first conference talk in Danish! Special mention to Sophie Otterbach 🙂 #plantekongres #herning #lupiner #alkaloider
Today in Science: towards limonoid biosynthesis (e.g. azadirachtin). Full of juicy nuggets: methyl shift (+cyclopropane ring formation) by new enzymes, protective acetylation, Baeyer-Villager, and furan ring formation. Congrats Sattely_lab, Anne Osbourn, and Hannah Hodgson!
Check out this nice piece of #sciencecommunication from our lab member at Plant Physiology! Looking forward to read more. Department of Plant & Environmental Sciences #plantsci ^DB
