!!EMERGENCY!! A reminder that the use of solitary confinement at Rikers Island has led to numerous deaths by suicide and medical neglect of those held there pre-trial. The DOC has already proven themselves incapable of keeping people alive in custody, we need ALL of #LocalLaw42!
