My uncle Patrick Hidalgo, delivered Florida for Barack Obama in ‘08 and developed U.S.-Cuba policy. He passed away on March 2nd and we recently found out he was most likely one of the first cases of Covid in Miami. I do what I do now in his memory. This is for Patrick🕊
