As a community, we’ve lost SO MANY autistic young women in the past ten years. There are four inquests upcoming. I have at least 13 names of such amazing young women who come to mind before I even think on this and many know more. It’s an utter crisis as coroners are REPEATING.

Autistic meltdowns, burnout, and shutdowns are mistaken for BPD because oscillations to survive in an unsafe environment are confused with an unstable self. Ditto CPTSD. Ditto ADHD. Something is very wrong, but not with personality.

Autism- you won’t get any treatment. BPD - you might get treatment but you’ll probably be speedily discharged first whilst being treated with contempt. It’s witches dilemma again, friends. Damned if you do, damned if you don’t.

One more time for those at the back: you can’t tell if someone is abusive in their domestic relationships just cos they are nice to you or people you know.
