FWIW: It looks like AHL has already filled Caruso's VP of Hockey Ops/Governance position with Alison Izzi, the league's 'manager of hockey administration'. Izzi & Caruso worked together building AHL's regular season schedules so this is a passing of the torch in-house promotion.
