#TraumaTransformation means ensuring our workforce has the knowledge, skills, confidence and capacity to recognise and respond to people affected by trauma, through training and implementation support relevant to job role and service remit.

Today is #WorldSuicidePreventionDay. It is estimated that almost 30 women attempt suicide every day as a result of experiencing #DomesticAbuse, and every week 3 women take their own lives. Despite this, domestic abuse is still often undetected within #MentalHealth services.
