Nice to start my “holidays” with a drive into the countryside for lunch Heritage . Chef Matt Gillan was in the dining room himself, always a great sign. With 4 weeks off, I am wondering whether I have maybe started too strong, but will try and keep the treats coming!

Nice to start my “holidays” with a drive into the countryside for lunch <a href="/Heritage_sussex/">Heritage</a> .
