This one hit hard. Met Casey back in the mid 90’s I was the HC at Roosevelt and he was an assistant at Cleveland HS. We remained friends from those days on often running into each other at games or clinics. One good man gone too soon. You’ll be missed for sure my man.

Skill acquisition doesn’t need to be a one piece move yet adding layers allows for to athlete to develop a feel for the skill being learned.
