A female Common Crane was satellite tagged in March 2020 near Nal Sarovar in Gujarat. Named Vadla, she migrated to her breeding site in Kazakhstan and then returned to the site of her tagging on 10 Oct 2020. Vadla was tagged by a team led by Dr Suresh Kumar from WII.

Telescopes reveal that ~1/2 the stars we see are double or multiple star systems. Groups of stars, held together by gravity, range up to globular clusters with hundreds of thousands of stars. The stars within each community were born together out of the same interstellar cloud.✨
