NOT a reason to call this thyroid FNA “AUS-nuclear”, this type of isolated anisonucleosis (in an oncocyte in this field) is common in benign “follicular nodular disease (adenomatoid nodule)”. Combination of oncocytes and abundant colloid is always a reassuring benign finding.
