RAIN AMOUNTS: 2” to 4” inches expected as Francine moves across central AL. The good news is we need the rain due to the drought conditions and this will help limit the flood risk initially, but as more rain falls into Thursday morning there could be some ponding & trouble spots.

PER THE NWS: Currently have two transmitters that are down. Winfield went down yesterday with comms issues & Demopolis went down this AM after strong winds came through. Tune into a different transmitter so that you can hear clearly.
