What an honour 😃 to receive the Richard Lounsbery award from the Académie des sciences National Academy of Sciences! I am immensely grateful 🙏 to all members of the lab, as well as to my mentors and collaborators. Let this be an opportunity to celebrate the beauty of embryos! academie-sciences.fr/en/Laureats/20…

If you think that cell decision is never that simple but somehow like this... then you should check this postdoc position (supported by European Research Council (ERC)) in our lab related to cell death engagement downstream of caspase research.pasteur.fr/en/job/postdoc… 🙏 RT to anyone potentially interested

Check out the peer-reviewed version of our study on the adhesion strengthening 💪during embryo compaction Biophysical Journal After a swift and constructive peer review 👍, we've expanded our study of Cdh1 deficient contacts and added more statistical analyses. cell.com/biophysj/fullt…

I am imaging the surface of the cells with Zeiss Lattice lightsheet 7. There are 856 frames with time interval of 3 sec. I would like to measure the size and density of those protrusions on the surface of the cell. Does anyone have any suggestions?

⬇️The first study on the mechanics of human embryo morphogenesis from Jean-Léon Maître lab is out now in @nature. ⬇️with cool micropipette aspiration method and a very nice simulations from Turlier lab lab. Honored to have contributed a small part to this pioneering study 🤓
