One thing you notice when you put Twitter aside for a while and spend your time in real life, is that those things you thought everyone was talking about almost no one is talking about.

Its not that I’m a perfectionist, but the common mispellings and grammer mistakes your comitting is starting to where me down and make me loose my mind.

Not to be morbid, but I just designed my tombstone. It’ll read: R _ P. I’d like to buy a vowel.

Interesting weekend at the mall. I was wearing a baseball cap and sunglasses, minding my own business. Then a loud yell: “Hey, it’s Pat Sajak!” Then lots of pictures and autographs. Had to leave without finishing my shopping. I’m almost sorry I yelled.

Well, it happened again this morning. I stepped out of the shower and caught my wife dressing me with her eyes.

Note to lawmakers: If you push a giant boulder off a cliff where people live below, you can’t blame gravity for the result.

Though I may have a certain amount of fame from television, I’m always aware that it doesn’t make me any better. Like everyone else, my valet puts my pants on me one leg at a time.

So sorry to learn that contestant co-producer Jackie Lamatis has left our show after more than 30 years. She’s a dear friend, and her work with our players was absolutely amazing. She will be sorely missed, but I know a lot of good things and happy times lie ahead.

Well, the time has come. I’ve decided that our 41st season, which begins in September, will be my last. It’s been a wonderful ride, and I’ll have more to say in the coming months. Many thanks to you all. (If nothing else, it’ll keep the clickbait sites busy!)
