Been a minute since I’ve spun some Cage The Elephant. Been a minute since I’ve listened to the self titled album from 2008 or 2009 depending on where you live. Cranking up “James Brown” & “Ain't No Rest for the Wicked.” Killer tunes. What’s your favorite Cage tune?

After a bunch of people said “Band on the Run” was their favorite post Beatles Paul McCartney album, I had to relisten. I think I still say “Ram” but this album is pretty special. Definitely my 2nd favorite non-Beatles Paul album. We don’t talk enough about “Let Me Roll It.”

Been a minute since I’ve listened to the Eurythmics. I’ve said this about other artists and bands…holds true for this band as well…I only need their greatest hits. Maybe I need to relisten to their discography again? Is there an album from them that you think is essential?

Been a hot minute since I’ve had a significant Goodwill Hunting score. Some for the personal collection, some for trade. Stoked to find the rare Cars & Christopher Cross & Chris De Burgh discs. What should I spin first? What CD or CDs should I ABSOLUTELY trade?

Been a minute since I’ve spun some The Jesus and Mary Chain. Been a minute since I’ve listened to “Darklands” from 1987. One other reason why I say 1987 is the best year for music. Gauntlet thrown! This is my favorite J&M Chain album. How about for you?

Would you believe that the first album I chose from the big stack of new CDs is “Keys of the Kingdom” from The Moody Blues? Only because I’ve never listened to it. 1991 Ben wasn’t listening to the band. And as much as love some Moody albums, this one just ain’t hitting me. ☹️

Next up: “Another Page” Christopher Cross (Christopher Cross). Big hit was “Think of Laura” but we don’t talk enough about “All Right” which might be my favorite song from Christopher. How about you? What’s your overall favorite song from him?
