I have never been sadder for a grant rejection The Quebec Bio-imaging Network gave me my first PI funding, and it has been the lifeblood for hundreds of Quebec imaging researchers. I really hope we find a way to keep the network going!
Same here Nikola Stikov . My first PI funding was also from Quebec Bio-imaging Network, together with funding for aspects of my postdoctoral work. I am very saddened by this decision. I too really hope we find a way forward with the network. It is a great loss to imaging research in Quebec.
