Day 2 of #DietitiansWeek2023 - we hit the floor of the Parliamentary Press Gallery to push for more nutrition news on the national news agenda. I also pushed Dietitians Australia President TaraDiversi and Natalie Stapleton into the ABC News studio

Another example that Minister Anika Wells MP is focused on the well-being of aged care residents. Dietitians Australia is pleased to be working with her office and the department on permanent reforms to the sector to improve the nutrition health of these vulnerable Australians!

So excited about what our profession can achieve with sound evidence backed policy proposals and a dogged resolve in advocating the position. It's a long game and there are many other areas in our space that need the same level of commitment! Very proud of this milestone
