The first image seems to bare a strong resemblance to the TRDD-50 (ТРДД-50) engine block used in both Kh-101 and Kh-55s. Attached is a reference pic. If this is accurate, it suggests Russian forces did use a Kh-101 in the Okhmatdyt hospital attack.
