Here we report that moxifloxacin promotes the inclusion of SMN2 exon 7, a target for Spinal Muscular Atrophy, in Drosophila motorneurons and human fibroblasts. Working now in its activity in additional human cell types and its repurposing as therapy. onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/full/10.10…
