This Friday at #SciPy2024, C.A.M. Gerlach presented Spyder IDE's updates on SciPyConf Tools Plenary 🐍, with such energy and enthusiasm! ⚡️The audience was captivated (I certainly was!)

Sprints day 1 SciPyConf! Using MetPy, HoloViz Panel, and GeoVista to overlay GOES-16 satellite water vapor with model delivered geopotential heights, interactively, and in 3D! And it’s only lunchtime!

🚀 Exciting sprint sessions at #SciPy2024! Collaborating with maintainers of our favorite scientific python packages is one of the best things of the SciPy conference! 🙌

I've just started a blog, motivated by my (very inspiring!) attendance at SciPyConf (I'll post about that): pierreraybaut.github.io Paul “π” Ivanov - @[email protected]: 👋(never been closer to) following your advice about writing things that didn't fit in my 25-min talk at #SciPy2024

heading back from SciPyConf – what a week! videos aren’t live yet, but here’s a still of me using reaction coordinate diagrams to explain the typical "cost" interactive visualizations (spoilers: #anywidget is a catalyst). going to take a quiet week back in boston :)

Thank you SciPyConf! We talked to a lot of people about pixi, mamba, conda and conda-forge at SciPyConf! We had a blast. It was great to meet the many communities that use conda and Conda Forge packages!

This is SciPy hero Matthew Feickert reacting to the rattler-build on conda-forge news! Thanks for the amazing work putting together SciPyConf 🚀 🧑‍🔬 It was an honor for Wolf Vollprecht to be a chair for the "Playing Nice" track.

Back home now, but the experience from SciPyConf is still fresh in my mind. Excited to have presented two posters: Jupyterlab NodeEditor (w/ Matthew Turk @[email protected] and Meagan) and the ArviZ (@[email protected]) Dashboard (w/ [email protected] and Andy). #SciPy2024 is as beautiful as Mount Rainier!
