#Breaking : TikTok, and its Chinese parent company ByteDance, have filed suit in U.S. federal court, seeking to block a law signed by President Biden that would force the divestiture of the app.

They’re citing, among other things, First Amendment protection.

Elizabeth Holmes just had her prison sentence reduced by 4 months.

The Bureau of Prisons says inmates can get time taken off when they complete certain prison and work programs.

Holmes is now set to be released August 16, 2032.
