I have just spent a wonderful week with an absolutely fantastic #palliativecare community team, and must admit it’s the best placement I have ever had. It has certainly changed my perceptions; even leading to an interest in specialising in palliative care in the future!🫂

It was real joy to join St John Ambulance Cymru Lampeter Division for a celebration service in Cwmann to mark St John’s Day. Thank you for inviting me.

I was so #Blessed to have been invited to a wonderful 'Evening of Celebration' with our St John Ambulance Cymru Lampeter Division A MASSIVE #DiolchYnFawrIawn to the local community, our hosts & the organisers (In particular, DOIC Carys Davies & Andy) who helped raise £704.20 #ProudChief

Was practicing for my upcoming NQP ALS OSCE and GoodSAM goes off. Attended,cardiac arrest,did all available interventions until crew arrived,then assisted ALS, good teamwork. Sadly a ROLE but such a bizarre evening to go from practicing ALS to assisting within minutes! #teamwast

Today’s my last ever shift as a #studentparamedic before I move onto NQP!! And on the NHS’s 76th birthday, with a new government, and just completed the biggest handover too - today’s a good day!

What a phenomenal experience to complete Swansea University School of Health and Social Care - Swansea Uni Paramedic Science Swansea University’s first ever Major Incident #ExerciseTawe for paramedic students; shaping us into highly skilled, decisive, poised and resilient clinicians in the midst of chaos. What a send off for my final year!

Yesterday was my last day as a #studentparamedic at Swansea University School of Health and Social Care - Swansea Uni. To say I’m a bit emotional is a huge understatement. What a truly wonderful, inspiring and passionate team to learn from. S21 Over and Out!💚
