I am recruiting an Open Science AE to be part of our editorial team at Infant and Child Development! Help set journal policies related to open science. Help handle registered reports (& recruit reviewers to review them). Check preregistrations! And more! onlinelibrary.wiley.com/page/journal/1…

At Infant and Child Development we could really use some more interested reviewers with expertise in qualitative/mix methods, social development, and physical development. Contact me if you want to join our editorial board! Or to just put your name on our list!

Rather than judging the app itself, many grant reviewers look at CV and make decisions based on that. Then it becomes a problem of “the rich keeps getting richer”. So if you review grants, aware of biases and override them. Major funders likely have training on biases as well.

If you're attending #IDLDRC2024 by The DLD Project don't miss the excellent presentation by Tamara Kalandadze and Cathrine Redi (Day 2) on lived experiences of adults with DLD. These quotes from participants are powerful and eye opening.

I want more school leaders to learn about implementation science because I think it can help them achieve their implementation goals and support staff and student success. That's why I wrote this paper: osf.io/preprints/osf/…
