Elf Owls have made a fantastic start to the school year. In PSHE we discussed our hopes and fears then batted our worries away in balloons. We also had to find our class owl Ozzy, who had flown away because he was worried about his new class. We all offered Ozzy some advice.

KS1 have made an excellent start to learning since returning to school. In Year 2 the children have enjoyed using numicon to embed their teen numbers.'

In a few weeks our new trust choir members will meet for the first time and we are really excited to watch them perform. Supporting creativity is really important to us with some exciting developments coming this year. Stay tuned to find out more!

In Y6 Joshua has brought in some of his treasures found whilst metal detecting. An archaeologist in the making!💙

Also Dominic in Y6 wowed everyone with his knowledge of dinosaurs. He has real passion for palentology. Dominic shared letters from Steven Spielberg and David Attenborough. 💙

In Year 5 today the children dressed up as circus performers for book launch. They spent the morning finding clues about this terms novel, and the afternoon performing wonderful acts! 💙#cirquedufreak

This week we have been busy welcoming our new early years cohorts and are very proud of how they have settled. If you would like your child to attend one of our amazing nurseries from Sept 2025, including our brand new provision at Hatchell Wood, then applications are now open!
