It’s pretty hard to describe how steep & technical Broken Arrow Skyrace is. Most people think it’s just another trail race. Throw in 8,000 feet above sea level + snow + grades of up to 55% + rocky terrain and you might get what it’s all about. 💯⛏️ #trailrunning 🏃🏽

Keto 🤔 - I ate carbs today! Last time I had pancakes 🥞 probably was when I was a kid. They were damn good. 😋😂 I then went for a pretty cool hike Palisades Tahoe. The Broken Arrow Skyrace weekend was epic! Next up Western States 100 next weekend! 🥳

Another incredible day Broken Arrow Skyrace taking on the 11k. 7 miles with over 2,200 vertical feet. Probably could have used some skis on the way down. Somehow managed to get 4th in the old man’s division. Next up - Tomorrow’s 26k!! 💯⛏️
