UNUSUAL morphologic pattern of “Melanoma” includes a fragmented perivascular nested architecture. This liver FNA with metastatic melanoma would have been a challenge without IHCs.

ThyroSeq testing has good negative predictive value and can help risk stratify cytologically indeterminate nodules.
