Patient in their 30’s w/confirmed HeFH (testing), baseline LDL-C 195 mg/dL, elevated Lp(a) 70 mg/dL, and FmHx of early ascvd (MI in 40’s). CAC 0 (😊). hsCRP <2.0. A1c <5.5%. Active, follows plant-based diet. What LDL-C do you recommend they achieve:
