The Reductive Glycine Pathway, a synthetic pathway for efficient CO2 fixation, has been found in Desulfovibrio as the endogenous pathway that allows autotrophy. Probably the first pathway that has been engineered before being discovered in Nature. Congrats from Bar-Even Lab

Today Bar-Even Lab planted a cherry blossom tree in memory of Arren. Hopefully it will blossom soon. A place to remember a beautiful and exuberant mind, right outside the lab.❤️💐
Little update on Arren's tree. Now it has 2 strong supports and a highly diverse collection of stones to keep it company. His friends and colleagues painted them on the farewell ceremony in Berlin. Bar-Even Lab P.S. In the next few days it will start blooming. Stay updated!!
