Chantelle was last seen in the Talbot Street area of Dublin 1 in the early hours of this morning.

Just downloaded an app that helps rough sleepers in Dublin. With this “Alert Rough Sleepers” app, if you spot someone sleeping rough, you send the location to the service and they send people to help. Please RT.
