Setting alarms for everything is underrated.

My assistant had a baby a few weeks back.

The beauty of setting alarms 5 min early is that you're never late.

I always set my alarms 5 minutes before the times in my calendar.

e.g.

3:30 AM Wake up task in calendar

3:25 AM Wake up alarm

Being 5 minutes early to everything just hits different.

Mentality is important.
