Productivity … well written article in Health Service Journal Doing more by eliminating waste. All NHS staff could do more if the quality of IT infrastructure was first class and software systems interoperability actually worked?

Over the last week, I have had 7 referrals rejected. Every single one proudly states that the GP should manage the patient in the community. Not a single one tells me who has made this decision. This might seem like a little thing but from my point of view it is huge.
