Mitraclip implantation in cardiac surgery. Our afternoon case was a 81 yo patient who already had undergone a P2 triangular resection (no ring) many years ago. 35 min operative time and excellent result with 1 XTW mitraclip! ( I wish all procedures were as smooth as this 😃)
