Hmmm it seems like ScrollViewProxy is now working correctly on iOS 18 (and even on iOS 17 compiled with iOS 18 SDK). I can keep the scroll position to the top of the List even when prepending items! This was never the case before and I had to use the underlying UICollectionView.

Can you believe this shit? When an iPad app enters the background, the SwiftUI horizontalSizeClass is updated because the system takes snapshots. Imagine all the side effect it's causing when your app react to size class changes.
