Congratulations to all involved in the Queer Lives tour of The Tower of London. A beautifully written, well-performed history of the injustices done to human beings whose only crime was to love another human being. #LGBTQ
Congratulations to BBC News (UK) and Ben Boulos for the Witness History programme. Moving and world-changing stories of the fight for LGBT acceptance. Enlightening, emotional but ultimately brave and victorious tales that helped to prove humanity still exists.
Would love to invite theatre producers to a performed reading of my new play, Gay Pride And No Prejudice, at Jermyn St Theatre, London on March 20th at 1.30pm. Please DM me or email [email protected]. Would be great to see you there. #ovconnect #lgbt #theatre
A not very subtle hint as to my latest David Walliams HQ stage adaptation. Great privilege to have been trusted with my seventh of David’s marvellous children’s books. The play is off on two national tours with Heartbreak Productions in the summer.
Sitting in the gorgeous Garden Cafe at Theatre Royal Drury Lane, doing rewrites on my first play and realising that, in the midst of all this horror in the world, life can have really special moments too.
youtube.com/watch?v=SMyQdD… This is our new promo for the tours at Theatre Royal Drury Lane. For once I’m not waving my arms around like a windmill on ecstasy trying to do semaphore.
Final night of the ghost tours at Theatre Royal Drury Lane. Three in one night! Exhausted, but wonderful to have written and performed these stories of the most haunted theatre in the world . And, let’s face it, any excuse to wear breeches!
Huge thanks to the wonderful Andrew James for a great headshot session…. and for making me look like a responsible adult.
Hugely pleased to announce that my new play, Gay Pride And No Prejudice, will be having a 4-week run at The Union Theatre in October. Produced by Stephen Leslie and directed by Luke Fredericks, it’s the story of suppressed sexuality and women’s rights in the 1800s. #gay #theatre
Shooting some scenes for my new showreel. Huge thanks to Peter Mimmack , Leila Mimmack and @alecwhyborn for putting up with my inability to cope with inanimate objects. Show me a prop and I’ll either drop it, spill it or fall over it!
